Purchasing Graphic Design
Purchasing graphic design has become a complicated process. Graphic design may be sold as a physical object that has intellectual property rights. Property rights are governed by copyright law. Graphic design may be purchased with limited rights, or all rights. Copyrights are transferred through a written agreement between two or more parties. Midair Studio offers uncomplicated contracts to those interested in purchasing graphic design with limited copyright transferal and no complicated paperwork. Original, commissioned, or custom graphic design and illustration must be purchased with a copyright transferal. Licensing agreements are a type of copyright transferal.

When ordering please state clearly the quantity, description of your project, and payment method. Include your name and shipping address, phone and/or FAX number, and e-mail address.Shipping
Shipping charges may be added to graphic design orders. Orders shall be shipped promptly. Businesses may be granted up to 30 days to pay with a credit approval. Personal checks may require 5 - 7 days until check clears bank.Delivery to continental U.S., all others please inquire. Delivery may be made by US Mail, electronic transfer, or UPS.
Large object shipping charges vary greatly. Items will be shipped after a shipping charge quote has been approved by the purchaser.
Next day delivery available on most merchandise. Please inquire for rates.
Return of Merchandise
Written permission must be obtained before returning merchandise. A 10% restocking charge may apply to certain items.Prices
