Commissioning Midair Studio
Midair Studio creates custom original art, design, and digital video. Midair Studio strives to adhere to professional business practices and ethical standards in partnership with our clients. Clients are encouraged to work with and commission from Midair Studio directly without the use of intermediaries or agents. All art, design, and digital video on this site and all art, design, and digital video created by Midair Studio is copyrighted. All art from Midair Studio is available for licensing agreements. Please inquire to commission licensed custom art and design. This site has a limited amount of art, more art is available from Midair Studio for license or purchase. Midair Studio provides free quotes for detailed RFPs. We do not disclose or transfer ideas,concepts, sketches, or final art without a financial committment from clients. The research and development to create ideas, concepts, and preliminary sketches/storyboards, in many cases, represent a majority of the time spent on a project. Ideas, concepts, and preliminary sketches are charged a fee, which is deductible from the final design fees, if and when a signed client agreement is negotiated. It is recommended that a written agreement or contract outlining project goals and work assignments be signed prior to beginning a project. Client purchase orders and contracts should define a project in detail, work assignments, material requirements, deadlines, cancellation fees, specify the copyright ownership of any art, design, or digital video produced, and define the time period, market categories, media, and geographical regions for which any rights are purchased.
